1. How to place order?

3. Wait for us to confirm your order. We will reply you within 24 hours
4. After confirming your order, please proceed your Payment to us
5. Failure to receive payment after 2 days will cancel order
6. After we receive your payment we will send out your parcel the next working day.
7.Tracking number can be checked at our website http://www.momolens.net/ at the Tracking Number link at the right hand conner of the website.

2. What is the shipping fees?

1. All price of Ready Stock Lens in the website is inclusive of postage via PosExpress
2. If you Opt your lens to be ship by Poslaju you can add another RM 3 (west malaysia) & RM 6 for (east malaysia)
* For International Buyer
1.Charges will depend on the weight and place to be shiped


3. When is the expiry date of the circle lens?

Ans:
The contact lenses is for yearly disposable after opening
It can last for 3 years without opening the lid. Expiry date for the lenses is 2011/2012/2013.


4. How do i know what prescription to buy?

Ans:
First you need to get your eye test result in any optical shop. After you knew your prescription for contact lenses you can purchase contact lens with your prescription precisely. If you don't have any short-sighted problem, you can choose 0(plano) for the prescription.


5. What if i have astigmatism problem?

Ans:
We have astigmatism lens. All our astigmatism lens are available for preorder only. The maximum power for astigmatism is till -2.75.
